BonusOK Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the BonusOK platform, operated at bonusok.best ("the Platform"). The terms "BonusOK", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the Platform. The terms "you", "user", "player", and "account holder" refer to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any part of the BonusOK platform.

By completing registration on BonusOK, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full, that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is lawful for you personally, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all BonusOK products including sports betting (PBA, NBA, basketball, football, and all other covered sports), online casino games, live dealer tables, Color Game, the VIP Club, and any promotional offer made available through the Platform.

The use of BonusOK is subject to compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations. It is your personal responsibility to verify that online betting and gaming is lawful in your location before registering. 2. Account Registration

You are solely responsible for the security of your BonusOK account credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any third party. BonusOK will not ask for your password through email, chat, or any other channel — any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent.

All activity that occurs within your BonusOK account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you personally. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact BonusOK support immediately and change your password.

BonusOK recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling any additional security features offered by the platform. Accessing your BonusOK account from shared or public devices carries inherent risk and should be done with caution.

BonusOK will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including but not limited to sharing credentials, using weak passwords, or failing to log out from shared devices.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All BonusOK account balances are held in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits fund your BonusOK balance and withdrawals transfer your available balance back to your nominated payment account. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on BonusOK:

BonusOK accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the BonusOK cashier section. Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. BonusOK may reject deposits from third-party accounts and may request evidence of ownership for any payment method used. Deposited funds become available once cleared and confirmed by the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as your BonusOK account. Requests to third-party accounts will not be processed. Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and your account's verification status. BonusOK does not guarantee same-day processing for all withdrawal methods. VIP Club members at Gold and Platinum tier receive priority processing as described in the VIP Club Terms.

BonusOK reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, including requests for supporting documentation. Withdrawals may be delayed during these review periods. BonusOK is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions on BonusOK are processed in Philippine pesos. BonusOK does not currently charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check your GCash, Maya, or bank account terms for any applicable fees before transacting.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on BonusOK. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games, and Color Game are set out within those product sections of the platform and form part of these Terms.

All bets and wagers placed on BonusOK are final once confirmed. BonusOK does not accept requests to void, reverse, or modify confirmed bets except in circumstances set out in the specific product rules — for example, where a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required playing time is completed.

BonusOK reserves the right to void any bet that is placed after an event has concluded, where there has been a manifest error in the posting of odds or market terms, or where there is evidence that the bet was placed fraudulently or in coordination with other parties to manipulate a market.

Winnings from settled bets and casino rounds are credited to your BonusOK balance. The platform does not guarantee any particular level of winnings, and past results — whether on sports betting markets or casino games — do not indicate future outcomes. All casino games use certified random number generators or real dealer outcomes that are statistically independent of previous results.

BonusOK may impose maximum bet limits on individual markets, events, or accounts. These limits will be communicated where applicable and may be applied without prior notice in specific circumstances.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

BonusOK offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers. The following conditions apply to all BonusOK promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in individual promotion terms:

• Each promotion is available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria — including account status, minimum deposit amounts, and qualifying activity requirements — are set out in the specific promotion terms.
• All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, qualifying games or bet types, minimum odds requirements, and time limits are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Attempting to withdraw a bonus balance before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being removed from your account. The original qualifying deposit remains withdrawable subject to standard withdrawal terms.
• BonusOK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a player has completed the wagering requirement, the remaining bonus balance may be removed.
• Promotions are intended for genuine recreational use. BonusOK may void bonus winnings and close accounts where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of promotional terms, collusion, or bonus abuse.

7. VIP Club Terms

The BonusOK VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered accounts. The programme operates across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — with tier progression determined by qualifying betting and gaming activity over rolling review periods.

Entry into the VIP Club at Bronze tier is automatic upon account registration. Advancement to higher tiers is based on qualifying activity thresholds that are displayed in the VIP Club section of the platform. VIP benefits — including weekly cashback percentages, withdrawal processing speeds, and dedicated account management at Platinum level — are described in the VIP Club section of the platform. Benefits are applied to the current tier only and do not carry over if a member's tier is revised downward.

BonusOK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Club programme, or to remove individual accounts from the programme, where there is evidence of breach of these Terms, abuse of programme benefits, or fraudulent activity.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BonusOK. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one BonusOK account, regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Using BonusOK while under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that BonusOK is required to report under applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Attempting to manipulate betting markets, collude with other players, or use automated tools (bots) to place bets or play casino games.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to generate unfair advantages. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors may be voided.
• Accessing BonusOK from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited and using technical means — including VPNs or proxy servers — to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through systematic exploitation of wagering requirements, multi-accounting, or coordinated activity designed to extract value outside the intended parameters of the promotion.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward BonusOK staff or other users.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

BonusOK reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• The account holder fails to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious activity is detected that triggers AML compliance obligations.
• An account is inactive for an extended period as defined by the platform's dormant account policy.
• The account holder requests closure or self-exclusion through responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a voluntary closure request — the available balance will be processed for withdrawal to the account holder's verified payment method after applicable checks are completed.

Account holders who wish to voluntarily close their BonusOK account should contact support through the account's help section. Voluntary closures are processed after any open bets are settled and identity verification is confirmed.

10. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any BonusOK content without express written permission. Scraping platform data, reverse-engineering the BonusOK software, or using BonusOK content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

BonusOK provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure consistent availability and accurate information, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BonusOK excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or financial loss arising from betting or gaming outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms limits BonusOK's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

BonusOK reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will provide reasonable notice through the platform or via registered email before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of BonusOK after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the updated Terms take effect.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to BonusOK's licensed operating jurisdiction. BonusOK aims to resolve all disputes in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.
